Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions
A referrer is the person who refers their friends. A friend is the
person who is referred. The referrer part in this promotion is open
to anyone however the friend part is only open to students who are
over 18.
The referrer will receive $200 when one of their friends, that
they have referred to urbanest, books a room for 11 to 12 months.
The friend will receive a special rate of $100 when they book a
room for 11-12 months.
The referrer will receive $100 when one of their friends, that
they have referred to urbanest, books a room for 5 to 6 months. The
friend will receive $50 when they book a room for 5-6 months.
Rewards will only be paid when evidence of a referral is presented
at the time of the friend booking such as a filled out 'Refer A
Friend' voucher or flyer with both referrer and friends details
filled out. urbanest will take no responsibility for incorrect or
illegible details written on the voucher or flyer.
Payments will be paid with a rent credit to referrers who live
at urbanest and friends. Payment will be made by cheque to
referrers who do not live at urbanest.
Once urbanest has received payment of the friend's bond for their
booking and evidence of the referral with contact details of the
referrer and friend, then urbanest will make every effort to get in
touch using the details provided to organise payment.
All other terms and conditions including urbanest House Rules
apply during the stay. This offer cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotional offer and is non exchangeable. This
offer is subject to availablilty.
