A ‘crackling-good’ sweet treat
Along with Vegemite, Tim Tams and the ever-delicious Iced VoVo biscuit, chocolate crackles are an Aussie staple.
Cheap, chic and ridiculously easy to make, these chocolately delights will have even the most mature palate begging for more.
Recipe for chocolate crackles
Combine in a bowl 4 cups Rice Bubbles, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup icing sugar.
Melt 250 grams of Copha, then mix with the dry ingredients. Spoon into patty cases and set in fridge. And that’s it! Enjoy!
