Excellent location. Close to the city and only a few minutes to QUT and other institutions in the South Bank area. The great location means there are considerable savings on transport costs. I loved the first impression of walking into the Urbanest building - bright colours / contemporary furnishings and a great feeling of comfort and space. Design of the space in the student activities area is great and should cater well for student’s social needs plus the security aspects of the building are very reassuring. The individual rooms in each apartment should easily meet student’s needs – guaranteeing them their privacy but with the kitchen/lounge area providing an area in which they can socialise with their other co-tenants. Want to invite friends to a BBQ - Urbanest have thought of that too and have provided BBQ facilities for resident’s use. - Dianne Farley from QUT International
